Tested and everything works great. The original mop pad seemed like there is a loose string and cause the washing roller to tangle and torn pad.
Had informed the seller and got a replacement mop pad the next day.
Had use a week now and no issue after that.

Item works well, I have tried the comb for straightening, the voluminiser, and the dryer. Have not tried the curlers yet but so far it works. The only thing is it's too loud and whenever I dry my hair, the noise hurts my ears. I wish the motors are not so loud
