worst customer service.. bought the robotrock without piping feature. request to change same model with piping feature and willing to top up the amount difference + transport fee. I even says the item never used yet. But they still says due to hygiene? lastly, asked me to buy another new set with refill and drainage system? You must be joker.

Easy setup with quick start guide. Voice control makes for easy start to cleaning. Just that the components that need regular replacement is more than I expected and the robot itself needs to be thoroughly cleaned monthly. Not as easy to use as I thought it would be.
