The list, jointly released by both Google and Kantar on June 15, 2023, places a spotlight on brands that are poised for growth, actively influencing global consumers' brand consideration and buying decisions.

Brands are evaluated based on Kantar’s brand power score, which measures consumers’ perceptions and the brand’s power ranking across three dimensions: Meaningful, Difference, and Salient. The higher the brand power ranking, the higher consumers’ willingness to consider the brand.
